    UUQAF's goal is “To establish and maintain quality standards in Universities and other Degree Awarding Institutions in Uganda” by implementing a number of strategic actions, namely: Building the capacity of QA Officers of higher education institutions in Uganda; Developing QA Standard Operational Manuals to provide guidance to QA Officers in their practice; Promoting QA culture in higher education institutions through regular awareness workshops and meetings and Promoting research on QA matters in order to inform higher education managers and QA practitioners.
