Feeding Hope, One Plate at a Time

The Department of Nutrition, Food Science and Technology is on a mission to end hunger and fuel health. Our students master the science of nutrition and food innovation, learning to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing solutions for families, schools, and communities. From developing fortified foods to training carers in balanced diets, they are tackling malnutrition and food insecurity with skill and heart. We invite hospitals, schools, NGOs, and local leaders to partner with us to host nutrition workshops, support community feeding programmes, or collaborate on research. Together, let us build a world where every child thrives, every meal matters, and every future is nourished.
