The University Administrative Board handles the day-to-day management of Bugema University. It coordinates departments, implements policies, and ensures that all university operations run smoothly.
The University Administrative Board is made up of the following officers:
- Vice Chancellor ( Chairperson)
- Deputy Vice Chancellor(s) (Secretary)
- University Chaplain
- Human Resource Manager
- Dean of Students’ Affairs
- University Registrar of Admissions and Records
- Representative of Bugema University Faculty and Staff Association (BUFASA)
- Representative of Bugema University Students’ Association (BUSA)
