Pr. Samuel Kajoba serves as the Chancellor of Bugema University, offering strong spiritual and administrative leadership to the institution. As a respected pastor and senior leader in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, he brings many years of experience in ministry, education, and community service. His guidance helps the university stay firm on its values of integrity, excellence, and service to society.

As a Chancellor, Pr. Kajoba provides direction and inspiration to the entire Bugema University community. He presides over major university functions, especially graduation ceremonies, where he encourages students to aim high and use their knowledge to uplift their communities. His presence brings dignity and unity, reminding students, faculty and staff of the importance of faith, discipline, and hard work in all they do.

Pr. Kajoba works closely with the University Council, the Senate, and the Administrative Board to support the growth and development of the institution. He promotes quality education, responsible leadership, and strong moral values. His leadership style is calm, humble, and focused on serving others, making him a role model for many young people.
