• The University Librarian
• Human Resource Manager
• Bugema University Hospital Manager
• Marketing Officer
• University Chaplain
• Chief Internal Auditor
• Students’ Representative
• Dean of Students’ Affairs
• The Deans of Schools
• The Directors of constituent colleges and affiliated institutions
• Heads of Departments
• Coordinators of programmes
• Research Director
• One Staff Association representative
• The Registrar of Admissions and Records who shall be the secretary
